Bombay Carrot

This is a special cupcake created for the “president of my fan club” George Thomas ~ it is based on his beloved ‘Carrot Halva’ dessert ~ he loves it, and I hope you do, too.

The filling of this cake is a variation on the fun ‘bubble tea’ in which tapioca pearls are added to a blended tea beverage.
